What rc drag tires are the best for not growing so much for the losi 22s no prep drag car

I cannot attest to which one is best, but Proline, Exotek & Jconcepts all make belted tires. Personally I run Proline Hoosiers with belts I got from RC Bombshells, awesome site for drag rc parts.

I run those on several cars like that. The tire bands keep them from ballooning much at all, and IMO the Hoosiers are pretty sticky. Same with the JC Mambos I run, using bands. It's not a popular choice these days, but seems a lot of people don't know about using bands on their foams.
