Killer 1/24 Drift Build Info

I have been doing some research into the new Rhino Racing V0 1-24 RWD Drift Chassis Kit, and I figured I'd share what I found here in case anyone wants to build one.

This chassis is designed with an adjustable wheelbase for use with various 1/25 plastic model kits. So your choice of bodies is pretty crazy! There are also a lot of 1/24 lexan bodies out there intended for use on 1/24 slot cars, so there is even more choices out there.

This woild make for a really sick little RC drifter, but it is kinda spendy. You've been warned.

Rhino Racing also makes a 22mm wheel for this kit, but I can't find the link for it. The Mini-Z AWD wheels are the same fitment according to Rhino Racing, but they are a little small with some bodies. But these are Mini-Z 22mm wheels, so maybe these would work...

They got lots of other cool bodies (think wicked put this in another thread too). I was talking to him about a 1/24 car to do with some of these bodies

Yeah, i bet that would look really great on this chassis. Might have to hack the bed out of it a bit.

It comes pretty much assembled. You just connect the front and back together per your wheelbase needed.

Oh, I don't have one yet. But I really want one. I think it would look killer on a car hauler behind an SCX24 setup like the CEN Racing F450. That is my plan anyway, if I can find a good body in 25th scale.

I was mostly just sharing this here so someone could build one and I could follow along. I may go ahead and grab the chassis in a month or so, but I really should focus on current projects

Our tile floors have grooves that would be too deep to use one of those itty-bitty drifters. Outside, I'd worry about a wind gust!
